With its assortment of fortune tellers, amusement arcades, fish and chip shops and crowded beaches, Blackpool captures the spirit of the traditional British seaside resort. The Central Pier - A traditional British seaside experience can be had on Blackpool’s long central pier. A funfair with a ferris wheel and live family entertainment are amongst the attractions.
Winter Gardens - Rather refined, at least by Blackpool standards. The Winter Gardens with its barrel-vaulted ballroom is one place to escape the mass hysteria of some of Blackpool’s other attractions.
